The Incorporated Masterbuilders Association of Jamaica, IMAJ, has already warned that some of its members are preparing to sue the company. The Association says contractors are struggling with major cost overruns on projects which have stalled because of the problems at Caribbean Cement. In the meantime, National Housing Trust construction projects have also been affected by the cement crisis. NHT Managing Director Earl Samuels says cement related work has been suspended on all projects.
