The Vietnam Cement Corporation has started the construction of Cam Ranh Cement Factory at Cam Ranh Commune in central Khanh Hoa Province last week.  
The VND451 billion factory, to be completed in 2008, will supply cement to markets in southern and central provinces as well as Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands) provinces.
