SCCC sells Karat Faucet stake

Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC) has sold 2,499,994 ordinary shares of the capital stock of Karat Faucet Co Ltd. (KFC), having the par value of Baht 40 apiece, and caused other six individual KFC shareholders to sell six ordinary KFC shares held by them, adding up to a total of 2,500,000 shares sold, representing 100% of the total KFC authorized, issued and outstanding ordinary shares, for the price of Baht 120 million in aggregate, or Baht 48 per share, to Mr. Montree Tirakothai. This divestiture is in line with the policy of SCCC to emphasize on its core business, ie cement manufacturing.
