Upgrading of traditional industries: nine technical transformation projects such as the Yulin coal/power integration project and technical transformation of Xinguang Aluminium as well as 7 building materials projects, including Fuping cement and the second production line of Shaanxi Blue Star, requiring a total investment of 37 billion yuan.
