Cement prices likely to increase next year, Vietnam

The domestic market watch department has recently asked the Ministry of Construction and the Cement Association to set up a plan for coping with upward pressures on cement prices in the coming year, in the face of anticipated increases in the prices of raw materials.  
 
To ensure a balance in supply and demand and minimise the effect of rising raw material costs, the ministry and the cement association were urged to devise new production plans and strategies. - VNS
