GCC Opens research centre in Switzerland

Mexican cement maker Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua (GCC) has opened a research centre in Yverdon-Les-Bains, western Switzerland, to develop products and technologies for the cement sector, GCC said.

The centre, called GCC Technology and Processes, will develop products for corporate clients, GCC director, Manuel Milan, said. The centre will specialise in improving the process of production for special cement, concrete, aggregates and gypsum.
