The plant of Italian concrete admixtures producer Italsigma has started working at full capacity, the company said. Italsigma is a joint venture between Italian concrete admixtures supplier Axim Italcementi Group, part of the cement producer and distributor Italcementi SpA, and local chemical company 3V Sigma. 
 The plant will produce 15,000t naphthalene sulphonate yearly. The facility is located in Marghera, the northern province of Venice.
