Larsen & Toubro, India,, said Monday it received an order worth $19m from Oman Cement Co to build a cement grinding plant at Rusayl in Oman.  Larsen said that it plans to commission the cement plant with an annual production capacity of over 1Mta. Larsen in its statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that it won this order against stiff competition from international bidders.  Published under Cement News
