Spanish company Bipadosa Distribucion y Transformacion has sold its entire direct stake in Portuguese cement producer Cimpor, Cimpor announced in a report to the Portugal’s national securities regulator (CMVM) on May 25, 2005.  Bipadosa sold a total 12.451 million Cimpor’s shares over-the-counter market on May 17, 2005.  Currently Bipadosa controls indirectly 13.484 million Cimpor’s shares, corresponding to 2.007 pct of the company’s share capital and to 2.018 pct of the voting rights in the cement producer.  Published under Cement News
