Cemex said the completion of its acquisition of RMC Group PLC will be postponed because the deal has not yet received clearance from the US anti-trust authorities.   The court hearing to complete the deal, which was due to take place on Jan 11, will be postponed, Cemex said.   It said it remains confident that the necessary clearance will be obtained and expects the acquisition to become effective during February.  
The acquisition received clearance from the European Commission on Dec 8.
