Zambian home affairs minister Lt Gen Ronnie Shikapwasha has ordered the deportation of Chilanga Cement general manager Ian Coulter. Immigration public relations officer Mulako Mbangweta yesterday said Coulter, 58, a Zimbabwean national, was deported because he was a danger to peace and good order in Zambia. "He is Gazetted as a deportee in Gazette notice number 649 of 5th November 2004," Mbangweta said. "Ten prohibited immigrants currently detained pending investigations were over the weekend arrested for illegal entry and stay in Zambia." Published under Cement News
