LVT wins new contract in Iran

LV Technology Public Company Limited has won an order in Iran of the magnitude of 3.6m EURO. corresponding to approximately 190m THB for modification of Kordestan Cement in Iran. The job, which will increase the capacity of the kiln from 2400tpd to 3200tpd of clinker, and the cement mill capacity from 80tph to 145tph. Some key equipment will be sourced from European sub suppliers, whereas the main parts of the job will be supplied out of Thailand.

The engineering part of the job will begin immediately and is scheduled for six months from the effective date of contract which is November 1, 2004 when the Letter of Credit was opened, whereas the supply part of equipment will be over a period of 12 months after which installation and commissioning will take place under supervision from LV Technology Public Company Limited engineers.
