No Holcim cement in collapsed Paris terminal

Holcim Ltd has said that it didn’t ship any cement for the building of the Charles de Gaulle airport terminal in Paris which collapsed last May.

"We did deliver cement to Charles de Gaulle, but not to the part where (the disaster) happened," company spokesman Roland Walker said.

The collapse of a vaunted roof of Charles de Gaulle’s 2E terminal on May 23 killed four people. French authorities have suggested one of the reasons for the disaster may be faulty concrete.
