Etisalat, Ras al-Khaimah Co for White Cement

The board of directors of UAE Ras al-Khaimah Co for White Cement & Construction Materials elected Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid al-Qasimi chairman, it was reported on 27 May 2004. The new chairman was elected at a board meeting on 25 May 2004.

Ras al-Khaimah Co for White Cement & Construction Materials posted a net profit of AED3.58m (US$975,000) for the first quarter of 2004, down from AED6.7m (US$1.8m) in the same period of 2003. The company is listed on the UAE Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) and the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).
