Lucky Cement Corporation (Lucky Cement), the third largest cement manufacturer in Taiwan, signed a contract with Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province on February 22. Lucky Cement will invest US$100m in a cement project to be constructed in Fuliang County.  Lucky Cement sought investment projects in Jingdezhen City half a year ago. After discussion with local government, Lucky Cement is apparently determined to construct a cement project with an annual production capacity of 2Mta of cement in Fuliang County.
