Vladivostok: Spassktsement increased product output 23 per cent last year to 585,000t, report sources at Vostoktsement, of which Spassktsement is part.  Spassktsement, located in the Primorye territory, prepared 632,200t of clinkers last year, seven per cement more.  The company is a major Far Eastern producer of both packaged and unpackaged Portland cement.
