Spasskcement increases production 23 per cent

The Spasskcement plant (located in the Primorsky region) made 585,000t of cement in 2003, a 23 per cent rise on the year.  Clinker production stood at 632,200t, up seven per cent year-on-year. In 2004, the plant aims to produce one million tonnes of cement. The cement maker is controlled by the Vostokcement company (a Park Group member).
