Redecam Group SpA wins process filter contract for a 6000tpd clinker production line in China

Redecam Group SpA has been awarded a contract with CBMI Construction Co Ltd, Tangshan, China, for the design and supply of the main components of the process bag filter for a new 6000tpd clinker production line. The customer is Guangzhou Heidelberg Yuexiu Cement, China.

The bag filter will be for the dedusting of the gases coming from the kiln, raw mill and clinker cooler and will be designed for a capacity of 1,400,000 Am3/h. It will be equipped with 7800 bags in fibreglass with PTFE membrane. The maximum dust emission value will be 10mg/Nm3.

The new cement production line is expected to be put into operation in mid-2005.
