Argentine cement factories shipped 938,872t in March 2013 (including exports), representing an 11.9 per cent increase compared to February, latest data from local cement association AFCP shows. However, on an annual basis, shipments declined 3.5 per cent compared to March 2012.

Dispatches of AFCP members destined for the internal market, including imports, reached 915,326t , which shows an increase of 13.1 per cent over the previous month but compared with March 2012, a decrease of 3.9 per cent.
