Domestic cement sales in Ecuador climbed 12.1 per cent in July to reach 584,767t from 521,828t in the same month of the previous year, data from Instituto Ecuatoriano de Cemento (INECYC) shows.

For January-July 2013 period, accumulated cement sales totalled 3,692,072t, a 12.6 per cent rise on the 3,279,812t registered in the same period of last year.
