Ukraine: Eurocement deliveries edge up in 1H13

Eurocement Ukraine increased its deliveries by 2.1 per cent YoY to 0.697Mt in the first half of 2013. In addition, the company has enjoyed a steady increase in its bagged cement shipments and noted a 10 per cent rise to 0.259Mt during the same period.

Just under a third of the total volume was high-quality CEM I 42.5N, which registered a modest rise of 1.1 per cent (2200t). In addition, offtake of CEM II A-S32.4R cement increased by nearly 40 per cent (40,500t).
