Kupeliler AS has started the construction of an integrated cement plant in the northwestern Turkish province of Eskisehir.
The facility will have the capacity to produce 1.5Mta and 2Mta of clinker and cement, respectively, once operations begin in 2015, Dunya daily news reported.
Kupeliler is financing the project with own funds, the company's board chairman Hasan Kupeli, told the news portal.
