Vietnam’s cement sales are estimated to have fallen by three per cent YoY during October to 5.37Mt, latest data from the country's Ministry of Construction shows. Of the total sales volumes, domestic shipments accounted for 4.25Mt.

In the first 10 months of the year, total sales are estimated to have risen six per cent YoY to 53.22Mt, including 41.51Mt for the local market.

Vietnam’s cement sales are predicted to rise by 1.5-3 per cent to between 62-63Mt, comprising 48.5Mt of domestic sales and 13.5-14Mt of exports.
