Turkish cement producer Afyon Cimento Sanayi has decided to invest US$165m (EUR133m) to reloctate its cement plant from Afyonkarahisar in western Turkey.

The company will reconstruct the 0.55Mta cement plant at a new site in Halimoru village in the same district and will upgrade the plant with modern technology, the company said.
