Lafarge has appointed Ujjwal Batria as the India CEO effective 22 June 2015. Mr Batria takes over the responsibility from Martin Kriegner who has been appointed future Area Manager Central Europe of LafargeHolcim.
 
Mr Ujjwal Batria has been with Lafarge for the past 16 years. Prior to his appointment as the Country CEO, Lafarge India, Mr Batria was the MD of Lafarge India Private Ltd.
