UltraTech Cement appoints K K Maheshwari as Managing Director and Additional Director for a period of four with effect from 1 April 2016.  Mr Maheshwari is a chartered accountant with over 38 years of experience.

He will succeed O P Puranmalka who will step down as MD on 31 March 2016.
