Taiwan: Chia Hsin Cement sees 11% revenue rise, pretax profit drop

Chia Hsin Cement Corp of Taiwan reported an 11 per cent rise in revenues to TWD3.14bn (US$103.3m) in 2016 when compared with TWD2.83bn in 2015.

However, pretax profits dipped 59.4 per cent from TWD194.9m in 2015 to TWD79.2m the following year. Net profits reached TWD24.89m.
