LafargeHolcim Maroc has completed the construction of its 0.2Mta grinding unit in Laâyoune, according to the company’s management board.

Meanwhile, work has started on the building of a new 1.7Mta cement works in Souss. Equipment for the plant has been ordered from Germany-based thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions.
