Oficemen names Jesús Ortiz as new president

Oficemen, the Spanish cement association, has appointed Jesús Ortiz as its new president.

Mr Ortiz is currently CEO of HeidelbergCement in Spain. With a degree in Economics and Business Management from a French university, he succeeds Jaime haro.
