Eagles Materials Inc appoints new director to the Board

Business Wire reports that Eagle Materials Inc has appointed Margot Carter to its Board of Directors.

Ms Carter now serves as the lead independent director, Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, is a member of the Audit Committee of Installed Building Products, and a director of Freeman Company.
