Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd (LSCL) has completed the required documents to transfer the shares of Holcim Bangladesh Ltd (HBL) to LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd.

The step was part of the acquisition of HBL at a price set by the Bangladesh Bank, which announced a price of BDT5.05bn (US$60.8m) on 24 December 2017.
