INSEE Cement launch skilled development programme

INSEE Cement is investing approximately LKR2.2m (US$13,900) to support one of the biggest industry-entrepreneurial development projects introduced in Sri Lanka to strengthen the construction practices.

According to media, in this pioneering initiative, National Enterprise Development Agency (NEDA ) of Sri Lanka is partnering with INSEE Cement to provide new skills and distribute latest industry and masonry technologies practised around the world to 4400 Lankan construction workers and masons in 45 cities across the country.

The training is set to take place at multiple levels and are expected to continue through December 2018.
