LafargeHolcim wins contract from Highways England

LafargeHolcim has won a GBP500m (US$661m) contract from Highways England to supply cement bound works and asphalt over the next four years for a regional investment programme, according to the producer.

The company's UK subsidiary, Aggregate Industries, will supply the materials for the project. Aggregate Industries had already been chosen to provide surfacing work for the country’s largest road improvement project earlier this year.
