The new 1.5Mta cement plant currently under construction by ECEBOL in Caracollo, Oruro, Bolivia is expected to open in February 2019, according to Oruro Governor, Victor Hugo Vasquez.

Representing an investment of more than US$306m, the plant is reportedly 98 per cent complete.
