The Securities and Exchange Commission has given Holcim Philippines Inc (LafargeHolcim group) approval to amend its Articles of Incorporation to provide technical support for ready-mix cement plants.

"The amendment will enable Holcim Philippines to provide technical support to ready-mix (RMX) plants and contractors on various quality control, optimisation, solutions development and skills upgrade," said Holcim Philippines.

The change in the company's secondary purpose will not effect its capital structure.
