Dangote Cement has hired Guillaume Moyen as chief financial officer for operations ahead of the company’s proposed listing on the London Stock Exchange later this year.

Mr Moyen would be taking on a newly-created position, according to Carl Franklin, head of investor relations. He was previously employed as CFO by UAE-based OLA Energy.

Dangote has tentatively scheduled in the long-awaited IPO for September, reported Bloomberg.
