Morocco’s cement market expanded by 4.3 per cent in February to 1,115,641t from 1,069,926t in February 2018, according to the country’s Ministry of Housing and Urbanisation.
The latest data indicates a modest deceleration of market growth when compared with January, when demand increased by 5.3 per cent YoY.
In the first two months of 2019, domestic consumption advanced by 4.8 per cent to 2,289,727t from January-February 2018, when demand reached 2,184,783t.
