Xuan Khiem Group seeks approval for new 2.3Mta plant

Vietnam’s Xuan Khiem Group is seeking approval from the prime minister to build a new 2.3Mta facility in Hoa Binh province at an investment of VND4.99trn (US$214.16m), according to Vietnam News.

The Xuan Son project is scheduled to complete in 2020, with the plant expected to cover 38ha of land in Yen Thuy district. At the end of last year, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh to build the plant.
