MKAO Fenestraria Consultants Ltd acquires 100% stake in Serebryansky Cement

MKAO Fenestraria Consultants Ltd, one of the companies close to Oleg Deripaska that became residents of the SAR on Oktyabrsky, Kaliningrad region, now holds a 100% stake in Serebryansky Cement, according to SPARK-Interfax.

Serebryansky Cement plant was built in 2012 in the Ryazansky region by BaselCement.

Russia’s SAR zones were set up last year to de-offshorise foreign holdings that are controlled by Russian citizens and have assets in Russia as part of an anti-sanctions measure. Fenestraria Consultants Ltd and six other Cyprus-based companies associated with Basel and Deripaska underwent redomiciling procedures in May. At the time, a spokesman for Deripaska said that the latter had no connection to the companies, according to Interfax.
