The World Cement Association (WCA) has appointed two new Joint Chairmen, Cui Xingtai of China United Cement Co (CUCC) and Vincent Lefebvre of Cem'In'EU.

Mr Cui has been Chairmen of CUCC since 2005 and Vice President of CNBM since 2009. Mr Lefebvre has dual experience as an international group executive with Holcim and start-up founder of Cem'In'EU.
