Leamington Cement plant makes savings with new finish mill

Ash Grove Cement’s (CRH group) Leamington plant in Utah, USA, recently completed a project to upgrade the internals of the finish mill.

The project increased grinding efficiency and power savings on the mill system. Working with Rocky Mountain Power, the plant received an incentive check for the power savings of the project totalling US$507,781.95.
