Moroccan cement deliveries fall 6% in January

Cement deliveries by members of Morocco’s cement association, APC, declined by six per cent YoY in January 2023 to 1,060,585t from 1,128,552t in January 2022, reported the cement association. The data reflects the sales by Asment Temara, Ciments de l’Atlas, Ciments du Maroc and LafargeHolcim Maroc.

In 2022 cement deliveries by APC members saw a 10.7 per cent fall YoY to 12.487Mt from 13.975Mt in 2021, according to APC.
