Buzzi Unicem changes name to Buzzi SpA

Italian-based Buzzi Unicem hs changed its name to Buzzi SpA as of 18 May 2023. The name change was ratified by an extraordinary shareholders meeting on 12 May 2023. 

The names of the international cement producer's subsidiaries remain unchanged.
