BUA Cement's Chief Finance Officer and Executive Director, Jacques Piekarski, has resigned. Mr Piekarski held the post since 2 October 2020 following a position as Group CFO for TGI Group Nigeria.

Chikezie Ajaero has been appointed as acting CFO.
