Dalian Onoda Cement Co., Ltd, the consolidated subsidiary of Taiheiyo Cement Corp (Japan) located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China, has announced an agreement to be acquired by Jilin Penglin Industry (Group) Co Ltd.
