Kohat Cement Co Ltd recently informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that the purchase period for the buy-back of 12,000,000 company shares has been completed.
Company Secretary, Iqra Khalid, stated that in compliance with Regulation 10(g) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019, we are notifying that Kohat Cement Co has completed the buy-back of its 12m ordinary shares with approval from the members of company given during their Annual General Meeting held on 15 October 2024.
Consequently, the purchase period for the buy-back is now closed as of 11 April 2025.
