Najran Cement has appointed Fahd Abdullah Al Rajhi as its new chairman. Mr Fahd Abdullah Al Rajhi was previously the company's vice-chairman. Mr Majed Musallam becomes the vice-chairman at Najran Cement, Saudi Arabia.

The company further formed a remuneration and nomination committee, including Ziyad Al Jarad as chairman, and Fahd Al Rajhi, Abdulsalam Al Draibi and Abdullah Al-Shagair as members.

The board's remuneration and nomination committee will operate for four years.
