Gharibwal Cement Ltd has confirmed changes to its Board of Directors, including the resignation of a non-executive director and the appointment of a new chairman.
The company said Mr Mian Nazir Ahmed Peracha has stepped down as Non-Executive Director (NED) with effect from 20 February 2026. To fill the resulting casual vacancy, Mr Abdur Rafique Khan has been appointed as NED from the same date.
In addition, Mr Khan has been named Chairman of the Board following the resignation of the previous chairman, also effective 20 February 2026.
Gharibwal Cement said it has formally notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd of the changes.
