Pioneer Cement Ltd has announced the apointment of Mr Sayeed Tariq Saigol as chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer, effective from 20 February 2026.

Additionally, Mr Sohail Sadiq has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, also with effect from 20 February 2026.
