CRH has appointed Tony Will to its Board of Directors, effective 1 July 2026.

Will recently retired as president and CEO of CF Industries Holdings, a global producer of hydrogen and nitrogen products, after leading the company since 2014.

CRH Chairman Richie Boucher said Will's leadership experience and industrial expertise would support the company's growth strategy and long-term value creation.

Will also serves on the board of Union Pacific Corp.
